[...] 4) Decide on how much you want to save per month. Maybe you want to save up $1,500 a year to invest for the future. So, you need to save $125 per month to reach that goal, or $31.25 per week (I just need to skip eating out once a week to get there). Remember, this is the most important step: you can’t reach a target you do not have. [...]

Wonderful comment Ian. School system these days is not enough to help people succeed in their life, personally nor financially. There are so many skills for graduating seniors to learn later down the road, and therefore we should never stop learning, ever. And that's why I'm focusing a lot on goal-setting in this blog because it's probably one of the most important skills you should polish up. If you get this right, you're halfway there!

Hey Ken,

Great post! It's sad that more people don't believe in or use written goals to create their dream life. Goal setting should be something that is taught in the school system.

Your blog really cool. Keep it up.
