About Me

Hi, I’m Ken Siew, you can just call me Ken. I’m a 24-year-old dude from NYC, NY. I’m going to give a rundown of my life so you know who’s writing all these stuffs.

At age 17, I graduated from high school with Straight A’s. I felt like I’d accomplished my life purpose!

At age 18, I took up a part-time job as a salesperson, then went into college majoring in Actuarial Science.

At age 19, I started a personal blog but stopped after 3 posts.

At age 20, I flied to Iowa to continue my degree in Actuarial Science, and took up Finance as a joint major. The best class was Equity Valuation and Analysis.

At age 21, I worked as a Finance intern in a life insurance company for the summer, my first REAL working experience. I started a business blog but stopped after 10 posts.

At age 22, I got my degree and a career as an Actuarial Analyst.

At age 23, I started blogging for Think Big Think Money.

So Why This Blog?

My aim with this blog is to help you find your passion, freedom, and happiness. I do that by sharing my knowledge and experiences on self improvement, personal finance, entrepreneurship, and marketing. I believe that you should tie all of them together to succeed in this life venture.

2009 was the year of self improvement as a whole, because it’s important for you to think big and having the right mindset for finding happiness.

In 2010, I’ll focus more on personal finance, entrepreneurship, and marketing.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

More details?

I always felt like I did not have enough money or achievements or happiness. To figure it all out, I began reading more books and talking to more people. Long story short, as time went by, I started to take control of my own money and how I want to live for the rest of my life.

Then one day I thought to myself, “Why don’t I start a blog and share what I’ve learned with others?” I’ve always wanted to have a real blog anyway, as you can see from the number of times I started a blog.

And here it is.

It takes hard work, patience, and determination – but if you’re willing to work super hard, you will have a better chance to win than 99% of the people on earth.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in the contact page or comment below.
