However, you&#8217;d think in your mind that it will be a long and painful process because it will be permanent for the rest of your life (hopefully), and therefore stop working out after a couple of times. This trial concept serves to give you the freedom to revert back to your old habits after the trial period, without guilt. According to Steve Pavlina, you could extend your trial period to 60 or 90 days once you hit the 30-day threshold. This is exactly what I was saying about setting small milestones in reaching your long-term goals. [...]</description>
